PLLC licenses can be renewed using the online renewal form. Please login to access the online renewal form.
This form must be submitted with the required fee by June 30th.Remember your annual report must be filed with the WV Secretary of State prior to renewing online. You will also be required to upload your annual report and proof of insurance during your renewal application.
